Do we ship?

Yes we ship just about anywhere in the USA. We ship by UPS, and require it to take two days. If you live on the eastern side of the Mississippi, then you will probably be within two days shipping without requiring a special shipping arrangement. If you live someplace where it will take 3+ days to reach you by UPS ground, then we ask that you ship by 2-Day air UPS.

Shipping costs - a 30 pound box of meat usually costs somewhere around $25 to ship. (This is just a guesstimate!) The cost of the insulated box is $9.50, and sometimes we need to add cold packs which can add $5-8 more to the cost of shipping. We do try to recycle cold packs from local businesses so that they don't cost us, or our customers, anything.
